After over a month of alclemating, 100 lbs of sand & 1 minor "leak", my tank is setup and running:

It is running a overflow/sump/trickle filter (yes, the kind you find on saltwater tanks). It really helps keep the water clean but I'm probably going to add a canister filter because this tank is at my office and I have to make sure it always stays clean. I'm probably going to also add a UV sterilizer and move the heater down into the sump. I'm going to hide the powerfilters behind plants or the driftwood.

Currently there is a fahaka puffer in there. He's only 2 inches but they can grow to 12-15 inches. (If you want to see a massive one, check this out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IAAsg75PaQc )
